Data Protection

Shopping on the Celtic Design Studio web site requires you to provide your name, address and other relevant details. Our policy is to keep this to the minimum to ensure that we can process your order and/or contact you if necessary. Personal information provided by you is held in a secure area purely for the use of Celtic Design Studio and will not be transmitted to a third party (for credit card information see the “secure payment” section). If you wish your details to be deleted please send an e-mail to website@celticdesignstudio.co.uk with “unsubscribe” in the subject field.

Secure Payment

The Celtic Design Studio web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. Our payment gateway, Sec Pay has approved our bank to facilitate Internet transactions on our behalf. All the information you pass at the payment page are encrypted. The information is then effectively taken off the Internet and passed to the bank on a private link. The information passed at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process.

Returns Policy

Celtic Design Studio will offer to exchange, credit or refund any item purchased if it is retuned within 21 days from receipt. The item must be returned using a guaranteed delivery service in the same condition as it was posted out, with its original documentation. This does not include personalised items or special orders. Celtic Design Studio guarantee all our products against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

	Product Information
	All our products are made using the best quality materials in 9 carat yellow gold with a small corner of the range produced in silver. Products shown will not be actual size. Colours reproduced are as accurate as electronic processes allow. All prices are Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Each Celtic Design Studio piece of jewellery is despatched in its own presentation box.

Payment Methods/Delivery

Purchases may be made using credit/debit cards and will be delivered within 14 days from receipt of your order. Cheque purchases will be despatched upon clearance of funds, which will be longer than 14 days. All purchases will be delivered using a guaranteed delivery service by 1pm the next day (Monday-Friday), for which a signature will be needed, and will incur a cost of £4.70.
